If the coach enables it, athletes can signal cash or bank transfer intent in the app. The coach manually confirms payment — access depends on that. Card payments are handled automatically via Stripe with email receipt.

How does Billingo integration work?

The coach adds their own Billingo API key in settings (BETA). After a successful athlete card payment the system attempts to create an invoice in the coach's Billingo account. Tax settings and compliance are the coach's responsibility — Fitvex is a technical intermediary.
